Christ Child Society Presidents serve a two-year term. The Gavel Club, composed of all Past Presidents and the current President of Christ Child Society, meets twice a year in June and December. This is typically a luncheon, and the current President gives an update on the Society and Christ Child House. Members of the Gavel Club are readily available as consultants to the President whenever needed.

Christ Child Society is proud of the fact that four Detroit Chapter Presidents went on to become National Christ Child Society Presidents and many others have served on the National Board of Christ Child Society.
