As the calendar flips to November, CCS Detroit gears up for Night of Angels, the largest fundraising event of the year. This event has taken many different themes throughout the years including black tie, gala dinner, Oktoberfest and a fall festival theme.

The night begins with cocktails, conversation and a silent auction full of fantastic and unique offerings. As patrons take their seats for dinner post cocktail hour, remarks are made to the crowd by various members of the CCS Detroit brass. Then, the Mary Virginia Merrick Award, the highest honor to receive from CCS Detroit, is announced.

Upon conclusion of speeches, a lively auction is led by a professional auctioneer. Recent auction prizes include a trip to the Masters, a shopping spree in New York City, and a concert suite at Madison Square Garden.

After the live auction and dinner, the dancefloor opens up for the rest of the evening as attendees dance the night away to the sweet tunes of a live band.
