We continue to see great progress on the construction of the new Christ Child House. Our Volunteer and Steering Committee Member, Katie Parks sent along this update from a recent visit to the construction site:

“Today, I had the great pleasure of meeting some of the men working to build our new Christ Child House. To thank them for their efforts, John Kelly brought lunch for the crew to enjoy inside the future Christine and David Provost Art and Recreation Center. When I walked through the door, tears immediately came to my eyes. I’ve been looking at the space on a little piece of paper for so long that I was blown away by the immense size it occupies. It was better than I could have ever dreamed.

I had the opportunity to thank some of the workers and remind them their work will have a huge impact on the lives of so many children!“
